Summary Cards
Summary Cards like those on the Dashboard populate the rest of the All Data screen. Tapping on one will take you to those items.
Context menus allow for some customisation of in-built categories (eg. change the colour), and exporting of Cases for Case Summary cards.
Personal Lists that you create have more customisation options, including the ability to change their icon, name & type in addition to their colour.
In the example here, the card shows for the selected time period, there are 433 Comorbidities linked to 1,532 Cases, which represents 80% of Cases.
Show/hide Summary Cards with the button at the bottom of the screen, or temporarily show/hide sections by tapping on section headers.
Personal Lists
The true power of Somnus comes from the ability for you to add your own Personal List items to Cases & Patients.
There are two types of Personal Lists, one for Cases and one for Patients, each in their on section on the All Data screen.
Case Personal Lists would be items that are related to a Case. For example Equipment, CPD or Drugs.
Patient Personal Lists are designed for items that are related to the Patient more than the Case. For example, Allergies, Alerts or Medications might be something you’d like to track. Adding a Specific Patient with these items automatically adds them the Case for analysis/reports.
Add new lists by tapping on the Plus buttons. To delete a list, select View All.
What you create is up to you based on your personal needs!
Special Summary Cards
There are a few special Summary Cards:
-
This shows all Cases that have been modified in some way in the past 7 days.
This is a useful way to quickly jump to a Case you know you have recently edited.
-
All Cases from the last file import (eg. from a CSV import) on this device will be shown here, as well as the date of that import.
As with other Case Summary Cards, the context menu allows quick exporting of those Cases.
-

They are a way to quickly add detail to your Cases - particularly useful for repetitive or frequently used Cases.
-
View, Edit & Organise your searches.
Advanced searches allow you to filter your data in sophisticated ways for analysis.
-
This will show all Clinical Photos and their linked Cases.
